Terms of Service — All Flier’d Up

Welcome to All Flier’d Up. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.


2. Products & Custom Orders

All Flier’d Up specializes in custom and made-to-order apparel. Because of the custom nature:

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • No refunds or exchanges on custom printed items
  • Customer is responsible for verifying spelling, sizes, and details before ordering
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to final print

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


3. Spirit Wear & Pre-Orders

Some items on our website are pre-order items. These items:

  • Are produced after order deadline
  • Have extended turnaround times
  • Will ship or be available for pickup once production is complete

Estimated turnaround times will be listed on product pages when applicable.


4. Local Pickup

All Flier’d Up offers free local pickup at:

Customers will be notified when orders are ready. Please bring order confirmation when picking up.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be restocked without refund.


5. Shipping

If shipping is selected:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Shipping times are estimates only
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer are not our responsibility
  • Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs if address is wrong

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No returns on custom items
  • No exchanges for incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving

If an item is defective due to our error, we will replace it.


7. Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bulk orders may require deposits.


8. Intellectual Property

All designs created by All Flier’d Up remain property of All Flier’d Up unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, or copy designs without permission.


9. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only.


10. Limitation of Liability

All Flier’d Up shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of our products or website.
