At All Flier’d Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Timeframe
You may return your item within 60 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without proof of purchase, we can only offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price.
3. Item Condition
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
5. Exclusions & Restrictions
The following items are non-returnable:
· All items from SMO Toys
· Final sale and clearance items
· Personalized or custom-made products
· Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
· Undergarments, swimwear, and opened beauty products for hygiene reasons
· Electronics and appliances (unless defective and returned within 60 days)
6. Online vs. In-Store Returns
· Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store.
· Online purchases can be returned via mail or in-store. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
